Return & Refund Policy
Wellchoo wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return merchandise purchased at Wellchoo if it meets the criteria below.
30-Day Return Period
Within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available. All merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all the original packing.（*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE*）
If the item is eligible for a return, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide a return address to ship back the merchandise. Consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
You can ship the merchandise directly to Wellchoo via UPS, FedEx, or any company that can provide a return tracking number. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 4-5 business days.
1、If you meet the following conditions, you can ask for a return
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to check all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. If the damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defects of merchandise, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After confirming the situation, we will resend another one or refund to you according to your requirement.
2、Under the following circumstances, we have the right to refuse the customer's return request
1. The goods are damaged, but the delivery personnel are not required to replace the goods on the spot when receiving the goods;
2. Return and exchange requirements beyond the return and exchange period;
3. The returned goods are incomplete or damaged in appearance;
4. The customer's delivery documents are missing or incomplete;
5. There is no quality problem in the goods themselves;
6. The product is not provided by us
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, our standard return policy will apply. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance in returning the merchandise.
